2016 thoughts and grade: As far as need, he fills a big one as the Jaguars need insurance in case Dante Fowler is going to be held back a little since he’s coming off a torn ACL. Ngakoue came in for a facility visit and will be a welcome sight to help the pass rush. From what I’ve seen and read about him, he’s essentially just a pass rusher and is a bit deficient as a run defender.
